Re: Anyone Watching The Funeral Services?

It was a truly moving service.  The President did an incredible job.  IMHO it may have been one of his best speeches.  I shed some tears.  The families have been so full of grace.  I thought it was wonderful with the Pastor thanked the police for all their help and support and the mourners stood and applauded.  Out of such a tragedy came so much peace, love and forgiveness

I think the church members learned a LOT of their grace and kindness directly from their pastor. He has left a tremendous legacy of love, tolerance and forgiveness.

Thanks for the link Daring Greatly!  I did not get to see it because we were not at home.  I copied and pasted the link, so I can watch it later.  Thanks again!

The complete eulogy is on HuffPo, if anyone missed it and wants to see and hear it.

I caught a replay. The rendition of Amazing Grace, along with naming the victims, brought me to tears.
