It gets dark later. In that sense it certainly does have an affect.

Re: Anybody Else Wake Up Tired Today?

I was dragging a bit earlier, but I feel okay now.

There weren't as many people at church this morning as we usually have in attendance.  I wonder if the time change had something to do with that.

I don't always go to sleep at the same time on a Saturday night or get up at the same time on a Sunday, so one hour has never bothered me.

Re: Anybody Else Wake Up Tired Today?

I'm feeling tired right now.

I dislike change, no matter the reason.  I was finally getting used to the previous time change in the fall and now this.  Instead of getting out of bed around 7am this morning it was about 8am.  I don't think my cat likes it either.   She xpects her meals at precise times and doesn't understand the delay.  Cat LOL

Re: Anybody Else Wake Up Tired Today?

I HATE Daylight Savings Time.  My body clock just cannot handle it!  I nearly failed an early course in college because I could not wake up.  I used to have to be at work at 7:00, and getting up for work the weeks after DST were the HARDEST part of my job.  I am over 70 years old, and have struggled with the time change my entire life.  My DH has no problem with it at all.
