This is why I hate moving the clocks forward one hour. It messes up my sleep.

It is an adjustment.  Takes me several days.

No.  I just laid in bed an additional hour.  Guess I'm lucky, the time changes have never affected me.

We routinely go to bed anywhere from 10:30 to 12:30.  I have never in my life gone to bed exactly at the same time.

In "light" of that, one hour one way or the other doesn't seem like a big deal to me.  There are times I am up later doing something, reading, watching tv.etc. so I don't really see the big deal about one hour different except I love more sun late in the day.

I'm fine, I'm always fine.  An hour difference on either way doesn't affect me at all.  It never has.  I woke up naturally before the alarm clock went off but I didn't get up, I waited for the alarm   And that's all the adjustment I need.

When I worked, I hated springing forward, now it just doesn't matter. I sleep as long as I need to, it's wonderful !

Daylight Foolish Time is upon us again.  Changing the clock has no bearing whatsoever on the sun.

I have never noticed a difference in the time change even when I worked. It's just an hour.

I hate it much worse when I have a night I can't sleep which is about once a month.
