Re: ...And Then They Met

[ Edited ]

I met him at a party and thought he was quirky and funny. (He was badly dressed but I quickly fixed that.) He also saved me from the attentions of a foot fettish-ist who had the hots for my feet.

We met at a singles weekend at  The Concord Hotel in the Catskill Mountains, I knew when I went home from the weekend we would be married. We spent ever weekend together and then I moved to be closer to him, well he never left that was 33 years. we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary this past week

One of my best friends was friends with my husband and introduced us and our first date was at Pizza Hut...LOL!!!!  Fast Forward......46 years and we still love Pizza Hut Pizza and have so much love for each other.  He is truly a wonderful man and has been there for me in lots of sickness.  He does so much around the house when I am not able at times...he cooks, cleans and does laundry....I am truly blessed!

Again, thanks so much for sharing your wonderful stories.

Some made me laugh and others brought a tear.  In all, there is so much love coming through.
