@CouponQueen I just received a damaged item this wkend. I did all the steps for return/refund. I was absolutely shocked when I get an answer that I was getting a refund without returning the item!! I also, can't say enough good about Amazon. I have never had 1 single issue with them.

The only problems I've had are with Amazon for Business.

 

I have a business account for work and laser ship always posts that the business is closed for 1-3 days when in fact we are a 24/7 operation and they can come to the front door any time.

 

Amazon has refunded and re-shipped multiple times for stuff I need immediately and can't wait for laser ship to feel like getting out of their car and bringing the package inside.

 

I've kicked this up a few levels at Amazon to get it resolved.
