I wish the prosecutors  would get their act together. They are all over the place. Personally. They have been back and forth so many times it borderlines on cruelty. Not too long  ago they dismissed it. Now they dredge it up again.  Maybe considering it was a higher profile case, they should have investigated a little better and taken more time. Rather than ekeing  out info and and stuff many times over. Jmho. If it was me, I would be have whiplash from the back and forth and be so upset. Charge or don't.   But who know what came to light. Probably something they overlooked

I would say most people care.  A lady lost her life by a terrible accident/tragedy.  It's hard as a human being not to have some feelings about the situation. @bells4me

Wasn't it the Grand Jury, not the DA's office, that decided he should be indicted again?

I'm a fan of Alec Baldwin the actor, but if he was negligent, he shouldn't be above the law.

The big question that still remains is how the live ammo got in the gun.

@LTT1 and @Love my grandkids  if a love triangle  was the reason for the shooting I would think it would be manslaughter (not involuntary manslaughter) or murder.

I recall that there was chatter about the guns also being used for live target practice when crew was bored.

Which meant that the controlled, locked storage was a joke.
