Hoover Fire medics responded to the scene to assess Carlee and transported her to a local hospital for evaluation.

@PickyPicky3 @PansyBoo @Mindy D + all

The triggering event might well have been the recent public release of video.

Video available showing her car slowing along the shoulder for a stretch.

The statement from investigators saying they were now having it professionally enhanced.

It would have been surprising and unexpected that video was possible.

Video would reveal child/nochild, what the woman actually did, whether someone else arrived and what they did or did not do.

So, it was over. Whatever "it" was.

She simply showed up at her parents' door Saturday night.

(After, apparently, just before, a bizarre phone call from the woman to someone in her family saying she was at a motel.)

I'm so glad a child wasn't involved after all. That actually was my biggest concern.

If that part were true, there would be a major search with a description all over the news and social media to aid in helping find the child.

So then there's the 911 call she made about a child....

@Lucky Charm   Good thinking.

My lawyer brain points out that the 911 call would be false reporting to police. A crime. That would get charged because of all the publicity . . .

Leaving your car running and items on the roadway to suggest a kidnap would also be a crime. This, in turn, would jeopardize sher nursing school enrollment and could block licensing as a nurse.
