I find them both to be highly unpleasant and entitled, and clearly each is in damage control mode to form and influence public opinion. 

Social media seems divided on support for each side although I have read several recent articles that Blake's "case" seems to be sinking.

I didn't know a lot about him because I wasn't interested in seeing anything he has acted in but I read he is married with 2 children.

Every man deserves to be cleaned iout if he harasses or makes the environment hostile.

Good points being brought out, esp. about the various reasons for long trial delay.

Your question about "who are they",  @Puzzle Piece , as far as what place they occupy in the world--  she, (along with her husband Ryan Reynolds) certainly get around, but I'd never heard of Justin Baldoni.  

I'm not especially interested in them, or even the details of the case, but find it curious that circumstances led to this "blowing up" to this extent.  Can't imagine that it can be helpful to either of them, especially with the long timeline.

I think the trial is so far in the distance allows for discovery. There is a lot of he said, she said so I imagine a lot of interviews, texts, email etc to review. Plus it’s Hollywood & I’m sure courts are backed up with cases & many a higher priority. No one is in danger & no threat to others. Also, maybe time for arbitration & a settlement.

I might read about the trial here or on PageSix but it's not one I'd follow closely or be invested in.

In my opinion, the common denominator between the two trials is both women's narcissistic behavior. I see similarities between Amber and Blake and don't trust them one iota. I closely watched the Depp/Heard trial and believed Johnny's account without question. It took all he had to expose his life and owning up to his failures. Amber, on the other hand, has never taken any accountability for her horrid behavior toward JD. In fact, despite fleeing to Spain to avoid further lawsuits for insurance fraud (claiming she's stateless now), she continues to drag up abuse by piggy backing on Blake's claims. Amber recently told the media, "“Social media is the absolute personification of the classic saying ‘A lie travels halfway around the world before truth can get its boots on. I saw this firsthand and up close. It’s as horrifying as it is destructive.” 

This is just an example of Amber stirring the pot for attention after her big loss, short of three years ago. Interesting enough, Blake never acknowledged Heard's statement.

Nevertheless, these women made claims that fall short of solid evidence that they were mistreated.

It’s been reported that Taylor Swift is NOT Happy with her EX Friend Blake Lively.

Blake used Taylor Swifts name in her lawsuit without Taylor’s knowledge. She even said Taylor and Ryan Reynolds were her Dragons. What?


I’ve been following this case as close as I did Johnny Depps and I think Blake is going to lose more than money. She’s already lost her close friend.


Justin had no choice to go on the defense. Do you sit back and let someone tell lies and ruin your reputation. Absolutely NOT.

There’s a YouTube video from 4 years ago of Justin with his wife and children showing their Very modest LA home. Nothing like the homes of Blake and Ryan Reynolds.

I really don’t know why she started this whole mess.

The sexually harassment she claimed happened during a scene was exposed as a lie when Justin posted all the clips of it being filmed. Looked like a movie scene of 2 people falling in love… nothing more. 🤷🏻‍♀️

One of the complaints about him was that Blake would take time from shooting to breast feed her baby when necessary.  This was part of her contract, so there should have been no problem.   

Baldoni would walk into her trailer without knocking, see her breastfeeding, and talk to her with no regard for what she was doing ... or just watch her.

Ugh.

Some people would call that a hostile work environment.
