Re: ANOTHER HIGH PROFILE TRIAL?

[ Edited ]

@RescueLover   Following the Depp trial, doesn't give anyone anyone an incite into the truth of this feud. Just different .  Homes have nothing to do with it. Blake comes from Hollywood stock. Her parents were in the business for years, not to mention married  almost 50 years.  Blake's dad died not to long ago.  They always had nice things. Ryan Reynolds is no slouch either . lol. She has been out of the business for a while, wanting to do the family thing. And because  Justin lives more humbly, doesn't make him any less worthy either. IMO, that Justin I has a bit of the creep factor, but I am probably wrong. I just don't know either of them.

There is a reason John Depp hasn't done much in years, or have the stardom he once had. It's his personality, and also how he likes it. I think his wife might have been shafted, but they both went to far as well. Just like this feud the Depp feud carried on too much in the press people had decided faults before trial had started.  JMHO

Re: ANOTHER HIGH PROFILE TRIAL?

I’ll keep watching one of my Favorites, Law & Crime, which covers all these cases, like it did with Johnny Depps. 🤗

Seriously the number of children?? That’s quite a stretch isn’t it. 😂

This would be an interesting trial to watch if it is televised.

@RescueLover

No ....  It's not a stretch at all.

If a well-off couple has 4 children I would assume they'd buy a home with at least 5 bedrooms.  I'd speculate they'd also have a guest room with its own bathroom.  So, that's six bedrooms and what most people would consider a large home.

I read that Justin has two children and (your words) his "very modest LA home" might be much too small for him, but he couldn't afford more at the time of purchase.

Your comparison of the sizes of their homes seemed ... weird.  Both actors' real estate holdings are irrelevant here.

This is a picture of Justin Baldoni and his family.  His wife, Emily Baldoni, is also an actress.

Sorry but what I said has nothing to do with the SIZE of a home though. 🥴

I am laughing because here in California, and especially in LA, or where I live 5 bedrooms is normal, not extravagant. For me it would be extravagant, !   lol. We are too old to maintain a bigger property. We. paid our house off a few years before my husband retired. We have lived in our home nearly 40 years  when we bought our home interest was 10-14%. It was our second home, we could only afford a smaller, 1890 sq ft home. Most of my friends who are younger bought later, and have these huge homes at least 2500-3000 sq ft. That would be huge..To me anyway. Most new homes here have at least 4 bedrooms. AND an in-law cottage, or a casita. Around here you could buy a small home or a fixer upper for a little over 1 million.depending on area, my friend just sold her moms old renta in Silicon Valley. Prime area, It was. 2b -1b, 802 sq ft, built 1950  she sold for 2.1 million, and it had no working heat.!  The taxes were 26,000@ year starting. !    But LA?  Good Lord, that so called "humble home" Jason lives in?  Probably 2 million at least, and if in prime area ..more. In LA try finding a 2 bedroom apt to rent for under 3800. Homes in a decent area are 2 mill and up. That's for bungalow.   Most celebrity homes I see listed are in the 9-35 million range. Not too mention taxes.  Taxes here on real estate are 1.5% sale price of home  plus impounds.and raise each year.  An average home starts at 10-15,000 a year in taxes.  If Jason and his family have a home, they are doing good.  Blake and Ryan, are a different income, longer in the business.  They might have a huge home, but I am sure they are paying thru the nose for it. lol. Here I sit, in my little home. lol but ITS OURS. lol. Glad I never moved up. Those are the perks of us common people, lol
