Re: AMAZON JUST ROBBED OUR COMPANY

@KittySoftPaws.  Who can prove the parts were ever in the box?  Amazon has no choice but to give the benefit of doubt.  I bet they have a way, however, of assuring the customer doesn't pull the same stunt again.

I once received an Amazon hand vac that didn't have a charging cord in the box.

Re: AMAZON JUST ROBBED OUR COMPANY

@Puppy Lips  Speaking from experience, I recently had the problem of ordering an item from Amazon and saying it was delivered but I never received it. I now live in a Condo community and getting mail sometimes is unpredictable. I  looked at the pick they took from the porch delivery, and saw it was not my front door mat. That was how I knew. I figured out the delivery driver most likely went to the next closest building by mistake. I was right, and I saw their mat was what was on the pic. Having said this, I contacted Amazon first though and was told I needed to wait I think it was 3 days in case a neighbor had it or whatever. Have you ever considered selling on Etsy?

You said earlier, I think, @Puppy Lips, that your site didn't attract many buyers.  I assume you are still making a profit despite these issues 🤷‍♀️ with Amazon.

I have had a few incidents where my package is misdelivered.

@tansy It is our own website that does not attract many customers.  We do just fine on Amazon, but that does not make it okay for customers to trash our product, send it back, and get a full refund from Amazon.

As far at the guy who said he did not get the product, but tracking says otherwise, it could have been misdelivered I suppose.  The seller gets blamed for that too.  Does the post office EVER take responsibility for anything, unless you pay extra when you ship it?

@KittySoftPaws We have sold some things on Etsy.  But most of what we sell is not handmade.  Etsy is for crafty items.
