I've never tried Mac either. I just can't get past the boys in full make up that work at the counter. It looks so silly.

Right now I'm loving all things It Cosmetics. Her matte eye shadow palette is the bomb!

Hmmm...I haven't run into the MAC guys you describe.

They're at the Mac counter at the Macy's near me. I'm not against males wearing make up if they want to but these fellas look clownish.

I bought a T3 hairdryer and it does make a difference.

That's a sin, Mellie! You've got to try MAC. You'll be glad that you did.

The Bobbi Brown gel liner has never worked for me but I know it's popular. I have a sample of that smokey eye mascara and plan to buy a tube.

sox: ddil loves MAC and I've seen the male salespeople at Macy's too. But I didn't see any with make up overdone and actually they were more helpful than the female sales people.

I've owned and used it all---what I hated: Dr Perricone---it smells bad, it costs an arm and a leg and didn't do anything. Smiley Sad

Re: A Viewpoints Beauty Thread

Oh by the way, there are zero boys at my Mac Pro counter in the Macy's I shop at. Those gals are so professional and informative. I love going there.

Have any of you ladies used Mac Pro? I love everything in the Pro line. The blushes are very finely milled and feel silky to the touch. They blend well and are very pigmented.

I have pale lashes so I tight line the liner. The mascara is the best imo. I used to use They're Real (Benefit) but like Smokey much better.
