I used the 4% from MrRebates yesterday and ordered DH a phone and was surprised that 'electronics' are no longer excluded on QVC using MrRebates.

They were in the past, but I actually received a notification from MrRebates for the rebate amount on his phone.

If you're ordering a computer, etc., that's a substantial saving!
