39 degrees, rain and thunder

Gross weather here in Atlanta. We’re in the midst of our 115,000 straight days of rain and gloomy weather.

We went out mid morning to run a few errands and pick up some lunch for my husband. Got home about two minutes before the rain started again.

Temperature has dropped 6 degrees since noon and it’s just pretty darn yucky. I’m glad that I don’t have anywhere I need to be this afternoon, other than my recliner.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

That's awful, @gidgetgh. I don't mind rain once in a while, but all the gloomy days start to really wear thin.

I know we're under another Winter Advisory starting at 3:00 am until tomorrow afternoon - more ice and some snow. We've had something every week now for a long time.

I am FREEZING in my office and it is set on 70 degrees and I have a mini heater. I even have two layers of tops and pants. It is so damp here it doesn't matter. That's how chilly it is inside.

Oh and my ceiling is leaking again. I'm timing the GM to see how long it takes her to put something to catch the water. I've decided I'm just going to let the carpet float away so they'll have to replace that too.

Those of us in the Pittsburgh area are experiencing a beautiful day. The sky is blue, the clouds are white and fluffy and its 26 degrees. I guess you can't have everything. Tomorrow, a totally different story. Snow, ice, rain. It's been a very gloomy winter. The weather has been up and down like a roller coaster. One day it's 26, two days later, it's 62. Can hardly wait for Spring, if we get one. Last couple of years it seems like wenter to Summer

It’s a 29 degree bright sunny day here in the Southern Tier of NY. State. I had to go out this AM.and I didn’t mind the cold because it was so beautiful. ☀️☀️

We have conflicting forecast for tomorrow. My desktop says 3-8" of snow, my phone (Alexa) says 3". One or the other I guess.

In New Jersey this morning it was 24 degrees, now 36. Tomorrow rain mixed with snow, 2-4 inches, and , Thursday it will be 55 degrees! Absolutely crazy weather!

Metro DC area here. Snow and ice forecast for a good bit of tomorrow. By Sunday, 70 degrees. Crazy!

Much the same here but we also had sleet this morning. We are now under a flood warning through 6 pm Friday, so more rain on the way.

Saturday was a hideously ugly and gloomy day here then Sunday wasn't too great either but we just got a little snow.

Now they are calling for bad weather to hit us I think tonight. We are supposed to get snow, then freezing rain, then rain. They said the morning commute tomorrow is going to be pretty bad.
