I heard it briefly on the news this morning. Absolutely awful. The police officer just returned from his honeymoon, I thought I heard.

It wasn't "alledgedly", they confessed (after blaming each other at first) and there was another police officer there and other witnesses when the officer was stabbed.

The police found their clothes and the large knife that was used in the boys hotel room, while they were trying to take off for the airport.

CCTV footage also showed them running from the crime scene to their hotel room around the corner.

Yes, he was just married 2 weeks ago, so sad.

I found the entire story incredibly sad. I didn't know they confessed.

According to news articles they were from wealthy families and they had a major sense of entitlement.

Neighbors said they would do drugs and get drunk and throw up in their neighbor's yards and generally raise he!!.

They don't have the death penalty there, but the government has said they'll seek a life sentence of hard labor.

These two young men will have many years to rethink such a horrible decision.  I feel very sad for the police officer's family, and especially his wife, who must be devastated.  The teens' days of entitlement are definitely over.

One teen on the left holding Gucci bags, the slain policeman on his wedding day 2 weeks ago in the center and the teen who actually did the stabbing on the right (blindfolded).
