I never had sisters or close family weddings--so I love this story!  Must have been wonderful to compare the photos years--I hope the marriages were happy!  

Adding:  I had a friend whose mother had her picture on  and her sister's picture in the living room of them in their wedding dresses.  When someone would ask "Which one is you?" she would say "The PRETTY one!"

@Sooner   LOLremimds me of my twin daughters. They were so close, but fighters. They hated people comparing them. They were so identical. It was hard. I always knew them apart, even from the back. They were entered in a twins contest and had fits because I dressed them alike for once, lol this was 1972, they were 5. The emcee asked one girl, do you think you TWO look alike?  She said, "No, she's UGLY!" Idk if she was kidding or not, she was so vehement.  They won, had photo on paper, received a plaque and a candy basket.  Lol

It's very pretty for the time period but I've never cared for lace.

Thank you for sharing the pic of this exquisite Bridal Gown, ensemble!  

They used to advise Brides to wear a Wedding Dress that didnt date the Bride, esp for her Wedding pictures in the Future, but to heck with that advise, for me.  I'd wear this elegant, graceful Wedding Gown in a Heartbeat!
