@sunala  Sunny, every time I see your name, I think of the song I used to love-When Sunny Gets Blue! Ever hear it? It's a ballad-Johnny Mathis. It's a little sad but so pretty- maybe give it a listen sometime.

@Judaline - Johnny Mathis is one of my favorite singers of all-time, and When Sunny Gets Blue is one of my favorite songs! Thanks for the heads up.

I can ditto your whole post, lol. Isn't he soooo good? What a coincidence that we both like the song.

See ya, Sunny!

Thank you everyone for your welcoming comments! They mean very much to me.

I've been having a problem reading, especially plodding through a whole book that I may not be loving. However, I'm really enjoying The Maze by Nelson DeMille. It's the latest installment of John Corey, my favorite character. He's such a hoot! I'm almost halfway through, and although it's slow going, I'm getting through it.

In case anyone is interested, in the past year I have read some wonderful books I rated five stars, including:

Wish You Were Here...Jodi Picoult

The Last House on the Street...Diane Chamberlain

The New American...Micheline Aharonian

A Town Called Solace...Mary Lawson

A Little Hope...Ethan Joella

The People We Keep...Allison Larkin

Happy reading to everyone!

@sunala

Earlier this year. i read "Wish you were here" by Jodi Picoult. That was quite a shock.

I can't remember if I rated the book 4 or 5 stars.

I thought the book was well researched as well.
