I actually really wanted the Kat Von D/Too Faced collab items but since Too Faced sold out to Estee Lauder I sadly can no longer buy their stuff. I will still enjoy the TF palettes and lip glosses I have already. I will miss them. ![]()

@HappyDaze - Wow HD! I didn't know this! I, too, will not be buying any blushes from them. What a shame. I'm really getting tired of all of these buyouts. I know a lot of people will say "What does it matter?" - but inevitably the quality goes down and the larger companies don't follow the values these small cosmetics companies had at their starts. ![]()

I know, so disappointing @beach-mom as I've liked several of their products. The sale should be complete this month if it isn't already. The thing is, the creator of TF is such a HUGE animal lover and completely against animal testing to is such a shock to hear he sold out to one of the worst offenders. Ah well, money talks. The American Dream right? I can't wait for the day ALL animal testing ends for beauty products.

If you search the former owner's name (can't think of it right now) there is a long 'chat' from him, while holding his dog' about how his products are guranteed to stay Cruelty Free. I was late learning about the sale of the company and was SO interested in more Peach Blush which I bought last summer. bummer
But as the saying goes, talk is cheap. So, another company whose products I liked, loved the packaging, bites the dust. ![]()
It this keeps up you and I will have to start making our own products. ![]()

@DrytheI know I couldn't finish watching it because it is such B.S. since the parent company, who does test, PROFITS from his company so who cares that you say your brand isn't directly testing- the company that OWNS your brand DOES test and profits from the brand help to fund that testing and supports that company that does test. It really makes me mad when they think we are stupid and don't realize how business works and they hope we don't ever figure it out, that we don't realize that your brand is now supporting something that you were supposedly so vehemently against. Ah well, what can you do besides speak with your $$.
And yes, it may just come down to making our own line at some point eh? That would be a fun adventure Drythe! We could make a portion of the profits go towards animal rescues, something we are both so passionate about. I actually love that idea! ![]()

It may not be exactly the same products you like but there are a few cosmetic lines which are cruelty free, two of them sell at Evine. I happen to LOVE 100% Pure. Their products are not only cruelty free but Vegan as well.
p.s. they used to be a Q vendor.

Yes, it would be a Big Grand Adventure for sure. I would love it too! I've been making perfume, from my essential oils, lotions, and massage oils, just fiddling around with it, for years. I also make a talc free dusting powder.
We'll have to put up a challenge for a great name for our company.
Hope all is going well with your DH. We're facing some challenges, so please keep us in mind.

I will try to not cave! I have so many palettes and peach is an ok color on me! I prefer peachy pink or pink!

I found and looked at the eye shadow palette online and it may be irresistible! Hard to tell exactly what all the shades are though; are they all over eschews and browns or is there a bit of a green and purple cast to a couple of them?

@willdob3 - I just saw your post. I have the palette. Are there any shades you're wondering about?
