I never have problems ordering from Ulta. Until yestrday , same for Sephora. Patience?
It's the website of Ulta that is the problem, not the Ulta app. I don't use either of their apps.

CoG, I think you may be on to something here... today the Sephora site through safari is working better. Still can't check out or click on products but at least now it's recognizing me now. I'll give it some more time!! Thanks for talking me off the cliff!!

Since the update to the website I can't find the link that lists all the brands Sephora sells. On the old website I never had a problem. I am using a lap top. Anyone else having a problem?

@Jordan2 I'm having the exaxt same problem and I've called Sephora, tried to use Mozilla and Google Chrome-nada.
This is the 1st time I've experienced this at the Sephora website. Since I dont have a store near me, it looks like I may have to shop elsewhere.

I called Sephora yesterday after not being able to sign out after placing an order. They are well aware of all kinds of glitches. I was told to clear my browser and that should sign me out which it did. They recongfigured their site last week and it is a little tricky to manuever. One nice thing though to track an order there is an option to track an order rather than going through your account bla bla bla.

I am having this same problem with Sephora and looking for specific brands. So it is still not fixed. I'll have to go out to the mall to our Sephora store to see if they have what I am looking for.

I am struggling with the Sephora site as well and I have tried Safari and Google Chrome. I have issues on both. I get "400 Bad Request" when searching for an item. When I find an item, I can't add it to my cart. It's very frustrating.
EDIT: I just tried to send an email to customer service. I pressed send and I get "ACCESS DENIED, YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO ACCESS". What???

Their website is a real mess! Why can't they leave well enough alone? I'll bet they're losing a lot of business.

The Sephora site has been unusable since they did the update. 80% of the time I click on anything I get a blank page error. There have been a flood of frustrated posts in the Sephora Community and the Sephora reps keep replying 'we are aware of the issues and are working to resolve them'. but it has been days and days, very frustrating. I did download the app on my iphone and that is working fine but that really isn't great for browsing.
I can't believe that such a large company would allow their site to go unusable for so many days, they have to be losing so much money because it is not possible to shop or make purchases on their site now...
