I read somewhere that they haven't updated their site for 8 years. So what! If it was working leave it alone. I spoke to someone the other day from CS because my order was just sitting there doing nothing for days. She said they are experiencing many problems with the site.

Does anyone know where the full brand list is? It used to be on the righthand side, but now there seems to be just particular brands on the left side of the main page. I can do a search, but it seems a bit bizarre. Sounds like a good thing I haven't ordered anything though!

That seems to have disappeared! I solve that problem by typing the brand into the search bar. But if you can't remember the brand, you are stuck!

@JustJazzmom Not only that, but sometimes I just like to look and see what brands are available. I do the same thing with QVC's and HSN's webpages.

The best solution should be -- under the Brands tab --ALL BRANDS in alphabetical order should be listed.
Right now I see on left side of screen I see categories with brands, so I looked under Fragrances for Nest -- IT WASN'T LISTED! ![]()

I was just on the website and they seem to have fixed the problem, they now have brands A-Z listed. You can now look up your favorite brands, it's about time!

I'm glad to see they took our critiques seriously and the Sephora site is working properly. Previously, you couldn't submit a review on the site no matter what browser was used. An e mail or two and a phone call eventually got that problem resolved.
