It looks like the remoist has less humectants in it. I was thinking that using the remoist as a leave in might help with frizz more than using the cc as a leave in. What do you think? Does it seem to help with frizz in the humidity? Sorry for all the questions. I was just wondering what your experience has been with this. I don't use the remoist as a leave in very often. But maybe I need to, lol!

Hilary, I don't get frizz, thanks to the silicones in the CC.

What I do notice is that my grays are yellowing. They aren't the brilliant white that they were a few weeks ago. It's either from using TT for both cleanses, not using Fig or the splash of water.

Thanks for reply. I have only used the remoist one time as a leave in. I didn't really like it. I have very thick, fine textured hair. I was just thinking maybe I would try it again and add more water to thin it up or oils. I will probably try again just to see what happens. I like the idea of leaving the remoist in to get the extra benefits. About your problem with your greys yellowing, I think they recommend TT products because TT oil is a clear oil. The other essential oils are more yellow in color. Maybe it is the oils in some of your other Wen products causing it. ?? I'm not sure. I don't have but a few greys right now. Maybe you could just try using TT products as your leave in and see if you notice a difference. Just a suggestion.

I was just reading online about amino acids and hair. One of the articles I read said that if you use protein on your hair, you should use a leave in that does not have protein, but moisture. I am one of the ones that can't use the seasonals, 613 etc. because they dry out my hair. I'm wondering if it is because I always use it as a leave in. I may try using a cc that doesn't have amino acids as my leave in. Has anyone else had better luck with seasonals etc. by not using it as a leave in?

Hilary, when I use ReMoist as a leave-in, I now apply it to sopping wet hair. I apply Lav oil over top of it when I get out of the shower. I think ThiaWinter adds water to her leave=in.

Before, I would mix the RM and oil in my hands and rub it through damp hair. The water is a true game changer!

As for the grays, I don't get it! The oils are still the same. The only "drastic" difference is the RM mask. My grays look like they did pre-Wen.

Thanks for this Hilary! I'm gonna try it today! I wonder if the opposite is true? Core CC for wash and seasonal as leave in? Hmmm? I've been playing around with different formulas to see which give me the best results and I know I'll never be without TT. And I just received CA and FIG, so I get to try those for the first time! And no matter which formulas I use, my hair is still 100 times better than *whispers* shampoo!

I only use seasonals for my leave in, but I always mix in 2-4 droppers full of oil for added moisture. The only way, I can cleanse with the seasonals and/or 613, is to mix them with one or more of the core formulas.

I haven't had a chance to try it yet. I used Pom as my cleanse and leave in today. I just used BGT yesterday, so I will have to wait a few days to try it. Let me know if you notice a difference.

I just saw a video on Facebook of Chaz getting his hair cut. The stylist was clipping the sides very short.
