I need a pencil sharpener that works. I have one but it is junk. I have several eye pencils that need sharpening. Hopefully one that I can get from the drug store or Ulta.

I also use the Urban Decay ""Grind House."" It has openings for both large and small pencils. It is the best sharpener I have tried.

I have a little battery-operated one that I bought years ago at some drugstore. It's about 3 inches square with 2 sizes of holes on top - it fits perfectly in my makeup drawer, holes on top and ready to go. I checked for a brand name and there isn't one printed on the sharpener, but maybe you could find one at Walgreens or CVS.

I never had any luck with those hand-held little sharpeners.

NYX pencil sharpener, its dirt cheap and works great. I got it at a drugstore. It has a fat size and smaller size. I use NYX shadow liners as a eyeliner, so its great.

I use an actual pencil sharpener with one hole for the skinny pencils and one for the chubby ones.

It's very durable.

a bit OT just the other day I took the 'lid' off of a Laura Geller consealer stick (old one) and the consealer part came out of the pencil type thing?!?!? Hope you understand,,I just stuck it back in and off we go!

Thanks, I just read that the NYX is a exact dupe for the Urban Decay.

I've never had luck sharpening those makeup pencils. Now - I only buy self-sharpening.
