Yes, I received the Frangi but not the Cloud yet. I agree, the Frangi is a bit much but not bad as time passes...the fragrance dissipates somewhat but doesn't go away completely. I'm on the fence with it. Will decide after the Cloud gets here which I hope isn't as strong or as heavy on the hair.

You ought to know by now about the forum police...some might be undercover so watch it...lol!

@SilleeMee - Hi there! I generally love tropical florals; I tried to like Frangi Pangi, but found that it smelled like cinammon and bubblegum in addition to being overpowering. I haven't returned anything to QVC in years, but I am sad that it's so unpleasant that I honestly can't use it or tolerate it.

Yes, if you look at reviews, I was surprised to see a ton of reviews that mentioned pumps that didn't fit. Mine fit. Just wasn't sure (still not) if I liked the product enough to keep. So many people mentioned the pumps in the reviews, of course, it brought the raiting down on the product.

No, apparently not...tons of reviews from people saying the same. Mind did fit...hopefully yours will too. Crazy, if you ask me...have a TSV and then not make sure all the pumps are the correct size for the bottles?!

Its the 19th and I'm still waiting for my TSV to arrive. When I check tracking, it says its on the way and should arrive Friday. However, I don't trust that as its UPS delivered by USPS so probably won't get here until early next week as once UPS leaves it at the Post Office, it takes another 3 days or so to get to me. Something must have been going on with shipping or supply because my order sat for well over a week before it shipped on the 17th.

After reading all the reviews, I'm hoping the pumps on mine are ok.

My order is super slow too, it shipped on the 14th, expected delivery is the 21st but I don’t think that will happen as it’s still in the UPS system.

@nukerecruiter That has to be so frustrating to receive a mess. I understand completely. Personally, I never buy from the owner. It seems he is always selling something different and it is the best. I have no trust. I hope you are able to straighten everything out with CS.

The UPS tracking for my Cloud order has been in "Delay" status for a week. I think the package is lost so I'm calling CS in the morning and ask for another shipment to be sent to me. I ordered the Frangi on the same day, one hour a part, and I already received that one. Something is not right.

Sorry that so many had problems. I ordered on Sunday (tsv day) and received my Frangipani on Thursday. Above the clouds said extended delivery but I received on Friday. Both pumps fit fine. I love the Frangipani scent..reminds me of Hawaii. Already knew I would love Above the Clouds. Not sure how or where all the problems arise. I think it must be certain locations ( I'm in PA)
