I have used Tova signature fragrance since 1992....and this new version is terrible.  Not even close to the original scent. So very disapointed. I would rather they did not bring it back then to try and fool us with this fake scent. I have asthma and the original never gave me an issue and this version does so I know for sure they ruined our TOVA! Shame on you QVC...took the cheap way out.

I know I do not understand it.  But for me it is not the same. I did telephone Tova's office and they are also receiving many calls from disappointed customers. For me I can not learn to like this new version. My sister asked me what I was wearing and I said Tova and she said that does not smell like what you usually wear. My husband told me I smelled like bug spray!!!!!

I was just thinking maybe that is why they did not bring in too many bottles...waiting to hear the reaction from customers.

I have a very little amount left from the original Tova, and a bottle of the newer stuff.  It's a tall slim spray bottle.  I can and have compared. Regardless of what is said, the fragrance is not the same.  I don't know what QVC and Tova have done to the ingredients, but it doesn't smell the same and the scent doesn't last.  If I could smell it within an hour of applying I would be surprised.

If you wear it and get pleasant comments, you should have smelled the original!

I realize it doesn't have the same fragrance as the original. There are numerous fragrance blogs from several years back explaining, because the fragrance change happened with a lot of high end popular perfumes.

Some of the botanicals relied upon became illegal to export, therefore no longer available. Fragrance companies had to make changes, some using chemical duplicates in place of botanicals.

In spite, many of us still enjoy the version that now exists. Not arguing that it is the same. Sigh.

I've never smelled Tova.  As with two favorites of mine from Philosophy, AG and FIL, there isn't any (lasting) scent at all, like spraying alcohol.  The same happened with my most favorite scent Lacoste Pour Femme, which they stopped making a few years ago.  With high hopes, I purchased three bottles from different stores the past couple of years, hoping it would be a winner.  NOT!  Just another bottle of spray alcohol.  Shame on the people who choose to continue to produce and sell these bogus bottles of c**p!  What thievery!,

I wore Tova Signature for years until something changed.  I figured either my body chemistry changed or the fragrance changed so had to stop wearing it.  Have never found anything I like as much as the original Tova.

I ordered the Tova signature last week on QVC after waiting and checking with Tova's company by phone about the fragrance coming back. 

I was so excited and thought it would be the original scent ... But alas, I am so disappointed . It smells like it did when it was last sold on QVC and that was not the original scent- and it is not the original this time around again. Just like the last time, it has more than a hint  of something like bug spray, It is going back tomorrow and I will never buy it again, even if it says that they have a new( I.e. Back to the true original formula) there is nothing to trust anymore in this particular instance. 

So,sorry to have to write this as I am a longtime QVC customer.

As long as she keeps making it I will continue to buy because I love it. Sorry some of you are dissapointed.
