@Suebdoo

I'm not ignoring you or your response. This site was giving me problems. All day long then it got so bad, wouldn't load, error messages a go-go when did, just a freaking mess. It's ridiculous. Not one other site I visit gives me messages or problems like I experience here. Zip, 123, in a flash they all load. I have no idea why. Grrrr.

Oh well,  I'm back. I'm familiar with the family of choice and family of origin you'd mentioned. It's sad yet very true for many. I understand everything you are saying my dear, only too well. I wish we could spend time sharing and caring.  We certainly have had some very similar events in our recent lives. (((Hugs))) to you! ♡♡♡

(((Hugs))) to you @Tennessee Vol. Your kindness shines in your words. Thank you. Hug that husband of yours! You can never tell the people you love that you love them too much.

I knew something had been brewing. Alot of unpleasant dreams, feeling physically distressed, restless and waking exhausted. My subconscious was in high gear. Then like a slow motion rock hit me, booooom. It's fascinating how the mind can work. It's a relief in a weird sort of way. I appreciate your kind words and support so very much.

I saw you connected with Alice.  Dare I ask??? Crossin' my fingers for ya, sweetie.

Alice came through for me this morning!!!! I really appreciate it too!

I've got another migraine this morning, just took a MexAlt so hopefully it will go away soon.

Mental or emotional stress can harm you just as much if not more than physical abuse... people only have power over you if you let then. I know that is easier said than done. I wish I wasn't as sensitive to the words and actions of peopleas I am. My all time favorite quote is "Quarrels end but words once spoken never die" it's an African Proverb

@Tennessee Vol

Well, some wonderful news. I'm truly pleased to hear your adjustments have been taken care of...👍😊

I like your quote. It's like "forgiven but not forgotten." My DH used to say "people have patterns, people are predictable," another very applicable life awareness. Yep, sighing, stress can certainly have a serious effect. I agree with everything you have said. And probably much more too. Writing a retainer check is disturbing on all levels. Feh. Unbelievable.

Did you get the sale email from Alegria? Summer sandals and more. Starting at $39-69.00.

Hope your headache is gone by now!

I see a lot of new migraine meds will be coming on line and many in final phase testing too. A monthly injectable is getting a lot of press. I'm following a couple stocks.

You take care and feel good!

Foot Nanny now has a 60% off sale on everything for 4th of July sale. Coupon is that month.

I bought the Vitamin C when it was on GMA deals & just bought the Rose. I like the rose better but it does not smell like I thought it woud. I noticed the Vit C & some of the other foot creams have soy bean oil in them. The Rose does not have soy bean oil in it. Not all the creams have the ingredients listed on her site. Looks like the lower priced creams have soy bean oil in them.

If I keep using it when I run out of these 2 jars I will buy the ones without the soy bean oil since most soy is genetically modifed. I don't really need that absorbing into my skin.
