I am going to take a guess that the Nutrilift AM should NOT be balling up on my skin...Smile

Thank you for all the input... Lesson learned..

nutralift balls up on everyone's skin, has nothing to do with the age of the product, I ordered the dermalift neck serum from Evine and sent it back because it balled up on my neck.

Thank you for the info.{#emotions_dlg.wub}.. I didn't toss it so I will continue to use...

ETA-I googled and didn't see any mention of this...is there a reason? TIA!

This sale event was a final sale purchase, as noted on purchase confirmation and the back of the packing slip.

I don't believe this is a HauteLook mistake but rather whoever supplied them the merchandise. I would think HL would want to know about it actually. As I stated before I got eyeliners that had black/gray on the sticker on the clear packaging bag. The liner inside the bag was NOT that color. I am sure the HL employees just bag up the orders. Also would think that when they contract w/ whoever, they are assured they are selling / sending fresh merchandise. Not something that is gonna be 3 years old.

I also ordered the Black/Gray eyeliners, but in fact they are black/green...sort of look gray if you smudge it...thought I was the only one that got the "wrong item"!!!

I also asked last week about these being "old items", since the color & packaging were different. Gokat told me that perhaps it was a different batch? Since these are NOT returnable, I hope Haute Look didn't sell us Old Items.

I would think that even if it says Not returnable, that under the law, old is defective & certainly returnable...Your thoughts please.

I just want to clarify something, wenfen. When I posted to you last week regarding shading differences from one bottle to another we were specifically discussing the Stem Rejens. That particular product I am very familiar with as I used it daily for a few years and had experienced that same phenomenon. I would have no knowledge of the age of the items sold through the Haute Look event as a whole until I actually received them...just like everyone else. Smile

How are you using it? Are you layering with anything else? More info please. This is a firming product and isn't compatible with all other skincare. FYI ...This is the forerunner to the Dermalift line and competes with it so you won't see it at Evine anymore. It works well, but there are guidelines to achieve the best results. The Dermalift Day/Night Creams would be compatible with this serum, as well as the Crease Release Day Cream that was sold at the HL event. Also, the Wrinkle Balm and Wrinkle Balm Extreme are compatible. Less is better with these firming products. Crème Reverse...Yes. 24 Hr. YP Cream...No. HTH's Smile

PS...Not sure why you're having a problem finding info on this. Go to Evine.... Search on Skinn. There's an Order of Usage Link with directions. Here's a link to a demo video of a full kit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKWFjfThkGA

not sure but what I've gleaned from reading is that the ingredients in these products are very sensitive to other ingredients. while i didn't layer the serum, even having left over cleanser on the skin could cause an issue. if you watch Dimitri demo his cleansers, he shows one side of the face cleansed with his Olive and enzyme cleanser and the other not. then he applies the 24 hour cream and on the cleansed side it sinks right in, on the other side it stays on top of the skin.

I think the lifting products have ingredients that are meant to lift up rather than moisturize so they are not compatible at all with other things, for me the neck serum started pilling about an hour after I put it on and I felt like I was rubbing away beads off my neck,

I'm done with P.C. Just say what you mean and mean what you say. It's easier.

gokat...YES just the Stem Rejens...now that I see the date codes on the bottom it all makes perfect sense to me. I just sent off the photos/dates comparing the Haute Look & ShopHQ ones. I feel very confident that their marketing/buying dept. will get to the bottom of this. They were super nice & just as concerned as I am. It appears that most of what I ordered is @LEast 1 1/2 years old & while I wouldn't mind if I was going to use it today, my plan was to stock-up & use it for the next year or so. I can't do that now because it will be out of date within 6 months & I didn't know that when I purchased.{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Re: Skinn Order From Hautelook. Old Products?

I've just thought of one more thing, I think some of the Skinn products sold at this event could have been from stock he sold in Canada and Australia. Those products are not always packaged the same and may not have the same kind of codes we use in the US.

I still think that assuming these products are old, bad, or we were victims of fraud by HL is wrong.

That's it.

That's exactly why I went "to the source" & contacted Haute Look's Customer Service Dept, took photos & send them both ShopHQ & their codes so that their marketing/buying dept. could sort it out...they will get back to me as soon as possible even if they have to contact Dimitri to get the info...Hope you can relax now!!!{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
