That's exactly why I went "to the source" & contacted Haute Look's Customer Service Dept, took photos & send them both ShopHQ & their codes so that their marketing/buying dept. could sort it out...they will get back to me as soon as possible even if they have to contact Dimitri to get the info...Hope you can relax now!!!

is it? I can't believe anyone would be so vested in a few products to take anything this far. You seem to be on a mission of some sort that wants to make out that this sale was nefarious is some way. sending them photos? I could see if this was something like a vaccine or life altering product but skincare?

And it is hard to believe you are so vested in the products to defend them at all costs, even going so far as to insult people for doing what they feel they need to do to get to the bottom of the issue. You may not care if yours is old or not or has the right label or not but others do and would like to get more information. Why does it bug you so much what they want to pursue it? How does it affect you what they want to do? It really doesn't so relax. Enjoy your products and let them be.

Sounds like your order got botched up from the getgo, SG! I hope at least they corrected the charge and that you got your favorite of the two colors you ordered! Have you had a chance to play with it yet? Luvem here, and ordered the golden plum from HL.

I have to laugh gokat, remember I hem hawed around ordering them because I didnt want to pay the s&h for just 2 little items! I finally justified it by not being able to pick those 2 SSs up on the bay for that total price lol! I got the golden plum too, gosh what an awesome color, the teal is the one that didnt ship. I love these sticks, I have a nice selection and use the moonlite quite often. I hate to call them after the earful they have gotten this week, I think I will wait!

(oh and it was in a box that just barely fit in my mail box for one tiny little item!)

sooo, the next day after that sale, the 24th, I bought a few items from their Pur minerals sale, I just got the shipping email from them yesterday on that but that just means they plan on taking it to the P.O. now, from experiance I know this means it will actually ship next week! I'm not in any hurry but geez!!

I remember your dilemma! It's really difficult with those prices to justify a small purchase with that shipping charge. I've been able to pick up on a few items that I'd been interested to try and couldn't pass that DWP Line Erase pass by. I use the moonlite as well. I was so surprised when I initially received it that it's a better dupe for a BE loose shadow that I'd loved and had been discontinued. I got a color called blue sage in an OTO from the last shows. It is GORGEOUS...a deep blue/gray. I don't usually do blues with my green eyes, but this is just lovely. Yes, me stash of Smudge Sticks keeps growing. Don' t know what's going on with that shipping, (though mine came earlier than the first time) but a week from PO to shipment seems inordinately long. Hope it moves faster for you this time, girl! Need our skincare fixes dontchaknow.

PS...Got me Hue leopard "jammies" on today. Whaddya think?!? Woot.

Gokat, of course we meant moonlit not lite! Are you speaking of the BE's City Lights? That was my all time favorite BE color. The only one I ever spilt too, dohhhh! I was lucky enough to get another one (2) at ColorfulSprinkles tho, do you remember that online vendor that used to sell all of Leslie's products for cheap until Leslie had her shut down? That was a dark day!!

I love that blue sage color SS, the color is beautiful but I have brown eyes and I dont do much blue. Think I burnt out on it as a teen lol. Nah, there are just many other colors that look better on me, browns & taupes, greens, and plums are my go to colors. But if I ever see a BIN on the bay for a good price I wouldnt mind adding it to my SS collection. I bought the teal just to see how I liked it for 4 bucks, I figured why not. Will see if I ever get it, I was charged for it so we will see. The golden plum is a beautiful color, I am glad to have it.

Hee hee, I ended up with 3 sets of the Hue jams, havent slept in them but wear them alot! I guess I exaggerated on the 60. price for the leggings but the sets are worth every bit of that original price. I ended up with 2 of the leopard raindrop and 1 of the blossom whatever, I have my leopard raindrop set on today too, they are so comfy!! I got some of Joy Magano's 100% cotton slipper that have this warm or cool technology in them, they are the most awesome slippers as I need them on my feet around the house this time of year but in normal slippers my feet get tooo warm. These in the cool technology put an end to that, I ended up getting 3 of them too lol, 2 blacks and a purple! Orig price 39.95 + s&h, got one for 9.95 + s&h, loved them so much I went back and got the other 2 w/ free ship, SCORE!! I'm so comfy All Da Time

Glad you're being more successful with it. I used for quite a awhile before Dimitri introduced the Collagenesis line and really liked it, but had to stop as it's not compatible with the 24 Hr. YPC. It had a large following at ShopHQ and sold out regularly. I don't think Dimitri emphasizes enough how important the compatibility issue is for success. You should be seeing results quickly with this one.
