I have been re-assessing my make up routine & have realized I don't have a good handle on things.
So I've been asking this community some questions with great responses to up date my methods.

I use either Laura Geller's Eye Spackle in the jar or Estee Lauder Double-Wear concealer in the very lightest color. The latter works well because it is not an emollient formula. On top of one of these, I use a base eyeshadow as well.
This combination goes a long way in covering the staining. I don't really have a problem with eyeshadow creasing either, but then my eyelids are no longer oily.
Oh suzy, my eyelids are the same way...it drives me nuts
I have to use some kind of primer/cover. I really wish I didn't because I have more casual days that I don't want to bother with a full face of makeup.

I have very oily eye lids. I use 2 products in order to eliminate oil, fading and creasing. I use wet and wild eye primer first. Let it set, then apply MAC Painterly on top. This combination works well.

I've used the original Urban Decay in the purple tube for years and it works very well.

Someone mentioned one by the Mark brand within Avon. I don't know about that one. But I have recently discovered AVON eyeshadow primer in the jar. What a little gem this is! Regular price $7 and goes on Sale for $4.99. I just had my second jar delivered today. I LOVE it!

It's a royal PITA, isn't it? And really, although my routine works fairly well, there really is nothing that totally covers it 100 percent.
