@JeanLouiseFinch  - Thanks for letting me know re the CS.  Just now decided to try out putting on my mascara first and then applied the eyelight Luster.  It worked pretty well doing it that way.  Have no other makeup on so I probably look a little odd but that's ok.  I am being a test model for a new way to apply mascara!  HAHA

LOL. I'm trying it tomorrow.

@JeanLouiseFinch  - How did it go for you?  Today I put on the Supernova shade and used an eyelid primer.  Know RMS says you don't need to use one, but I do.  My eyelids are too hooded and oily not to.  You'll laugh though, I curled my lashes to do them first and then, out of habit, did my eyeshadow and forgot about the mascara!  HAHA  At first thought the Supernova shade would be too dark but it's not.  Also, used RMS concealer in 22.5 and did what she did in the video re application.  Keeping fingers crossed it'll be ok.

@JudyL It felt too awkward.  I probably didn't wait long enough because I think it smudged a little when I applied my first Eyelights, the Cashmere Tundra Taupe.  I used Mossy Stone in the crease and outer corner.  While doing my blush, French Rose,  I decided to put a little of that as a wash over my lids.  I was happy with the result but still went back and applied more mascara.  I'm going to stick with my own system.

@JeanLouiseFinch  - Agree that it does feel a bit awkward.  Going to do my usual too.

Was going to ask you about the Tundra Taupe.  How do you like it?  Thought at first you were unsure about it.  Has that changed?  Looks like a good base color maybe?

@JudyL - the Tundra Taupe is a pale off white.  I don't wear it over the entire lid as a one and done.  I start out that way but then I add another color (an Eyelight or the brow powders) for the crease and outer corner.  Having a light color on the inner part of the mobile lid and under the brow seems to be working for me - for now anyway. I'm not into really glamming up the eyes anymore.  I'm taking a more modest, softer approach.  I feel like it looks fine.  I can see the Tundra Taupe being used a primer for someone who wants to wear a powdered shadow.

Re: Rose-Marie of RMS Beauty Tutorial

I received my free mini hydra powder on the mail. Used it today. First impression I do not like it. It’s kind of gritty and not smooth. Much prefer my doll ten pink powder. I will try it a couple more times but I say skip if you were thinking about it. Not soft and velvety at all.

Re: Rose-Marie of RMS Beauty Tutorial

@JudyL, I enjoyed the video too, but Gabi's skin is young and juicy and cushy, and not at all like mine. I would like to see a Rose-Marie video of her applying make up to a much older woman. she may have some video tutorials for older women out there but I haven't done a search.

@MariotaMurielle  - I agree with you.  The tutorials of RMS that I have seen are all on younger - than me at least - women.
