Great tutorial!  I was surprised that Rose Marie does the mascara first.  I always do it after the eye makeup.

@JeanLouiseFinch  - I was surprised at that also.

It actually makes sense. Then you don't ruin your eyeshadow if you get mascara on your lids.

@JudyL and @ccassaday - I love the new eyelights! The ones recommended for my hazel eyes were Mallo Coast, Mountain Mist, and Dusty Trail.

I wasn't sure about Mountain Mist, but I've been wearing it! I LOVE Mallo Coast! I wore it this morning and my eyes looked so green! Dusty Trail is nice too. It's a little more neutral but it looks good too!

I haven't had time to mix the older ones with these newer ones. This morning I put a little LG French Vanilla in the lower middle of my upper lid. I wore dark brown Kajal liner, but I really could have gone without it - did I say THAT? LOL!  Smiley Wink

ETA - Thanks @JudyL! I'm going to change and watch the video!

Thanks for the heads up! ❣️

I'll watch it today.

I love watching Rose Marie on Q whether I purchase or not, usually do though. I also love her blush.

I LOVE  her brow powder and the BRUSH is amazing!!

( I recently tried Laura Geller's INKcredible Waterproof Brow liner, it too is amazing. Stayed on for 2 days until I shampooed it off. I'm going to test to see how long it stays.)

I began having application problems with my pencil (not Laura's though.) When I saw RMS brow presentation I knew I must try it.  I'm so glad I did. It solved my problem. I dip it in dry or a little wet and then press and lift, so I don't have to be exact.

It works fabulously.

My hands tremble, and when I'm dehydrated or hypoglycemic it's really bad. I had to find a new brow product because the pencil types would make me look like Voldemort left his lighting strike on my forehead just like Harry's!   ⚡️⚡️⚡️

@beach-mom  - I'm beginning to think maybe I need to try at least 1 of the mattes.  Not sure which ones look good with blue eyes.  Guess I could ask their CS people.

Ok, went back and looked at the matte shades again.  There are a couple shown with blue eyes that I think would be ok. It's just that none of them seem to have much pigment so I'm concerned that they won't even show up on my eyes and if I'm paying almost $30 for one shadow, I want to see some payoff at least.

Update: Goodness be, I'm a hopeless case.  LOL  I'm saying that joikingly.  I went back and ordered, Canyon Clay, Mountain Mist, and Mallo Coast.  Hopefully I will like them.  Had a coupon code so figured why not try them.

Re: Rose-Marie of RMS Beauty Tutorial

Thank you for the heads up! I watched the hour long video and learned so much. I love how she demonstrates how to layer. I have so many of her products. My faves are her blush hydra powder in french rose, brow powder, her eyelights, and her lips to cheek blush in several colors, but not a fan of her lip balms. I now want to try her mascara, tinted sunscreen, and hydra setting powder. I usually stay away from concealers because they make promises and yet it always settles into lines. It was interesting to see her application under the eyes and her trick to keep lipstick in place. I love when she reminds women of a certain age what to stay away from. Again thanks @JudyL!

I'm another fan of the Eyelights.  The only shade of the new ones that I don't like is the Canyon Clay. They're all intended to be pale, @JudyL.  You'll probably get the most pigment from the browns.

Re: Rose-Marie of RMS Beauty Tutorial

@JeanLouiseFinch  - LOL Canyon Clay is one that I ordered.  Well, if they all are meant to be pale, then I don't think I'll like them.  I kind of figured that looking at them but thought I would try anyway.  Now, I'm second-guessing my order.  Ugh.  I can't canel either according to their website.  Oh well, nothing I can do about it now.

Re: Rose-Marie of RMS Beauty Tutorial

I have the original eyesight in aurora coming tomorrow. I went ahead and ordered it since I got a free mini of the hydra powder. Can’t wait to use it. Now I will know which powder to buy the full size because my doll ten is almost gone.

@JudyL - RMS has fantastic customer service.  If anything doesn't work for you, do an online return.  You'll be refunded and they'll tell you that you don't need to return the bad one.

Re: Rose-Marie of RMS Beauty Tutorial

@JeanLouiseFinch  - Thanks for letting me know re the CS.  Just now decided to try out putting on my mascara first and then applied the eyelight Luster.  It worked pretty well doing it that way.  Have no other makeup on so I probably look a little odd but that's ok.  I am being a test model for a new way to apply mascara!  HAHA
