@Shanus And the good surgeons remind us we still need good skincare after the surgery.  Relying on magic is good for entertainment, not so much for the rest of our existence.

@Disappointed Toni    Every cosmetic company and retailer in America sells products that claim to "reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles".  None claim to get rid of them.  Common sense should tell you only surgery will do that.  It pays to do your homework and be a savvy consumer.

Good morning @Kachina624 . Surgery will pull your skin tighter, eliminate sagging areas, but wrinkles and lines remain. They're "engraved" in the surface of your skin. When the bandages come off, they remain. Many plastic surgeons will put patients on a strict skincare regimen for 6 months prior to surgery to get skin in the best shape possible...fade spots, moisturize, Retin A to promote collagen under the skin, even Botox and fillers to get the skin in tip top shape so the patient is not disappointed after surgery. I know because that's what I used to do for pre-surgery patients.

@San Antonio Gal Hi....I understand your frustration.  QVC offered a similar product more than 5 years ago.  I think it was called Genie.  It did not work either.  I know because i purchased it after a convincing presentation as only the Q can do.Once bitten.  Do not take anything they sell on their face value.  Look closely.  In fact I recently retured a Lug crossbody that they said would hold a cell phone, lip gloss, eye glasses, etc.  My cell was smaller than the one they were presenting and even so there was just enough room for the cell.  I sent the bag back using my own label for which they gave instructions  This way I do not pay the exhorbitant refund fee and the item is returned quickly, not waiting at the post office for a third party to pick up.  The bag was delivered 11 days ago according to the tracking by USPS.  I did a chat yesterday with a similar less than helpful customer service re Michelle.  She said that she has no way to check the package was received.  First she thought it might be in the warehouse.  She said she never suggests your own label as it does not have the info  the prepaid label.  I asked her then why does the Q have instruction for returning with one's own label.  I gave her the order number and the item description and she said she could not trac and could not give me any info on where the package was.  Good service, right.  i am going to see if my credit card company will remove all charges until I receive my refund.  I thought there was an e-mail address for the mods, but do not have it.  If any one does I ask that they be so kinds as to let me know.

If you're a woman old enough to have wrinkles, you should be wise enough to have finally figured out this world of cosmetics.  No magic in any of them, but once you settle on one it's better than nothing.  A little hint - I even have a couple of drugstore products that are just fine.  No need to pay shipping, and Walmart will take back anything you are unhappy with.

It is your responsibility to know a company's return policy.

The OP is hysterically funny. It reminds me of some of the bizarre reviews I read. I cannot believe my eyes
