Got my order today and the noticed the serum bottle is a just a little more then half full. Is this normal. I'm thinking since it's suppose to be 2 oz the bottle should have more product.
Thought I would ask before I email the co tomorrow.

Sorry, I didn't see this before. I would definitely email Rebeca at ASDM. I know there sample machines are not working right now but that doesn't sound right. Is the bottle blue? Are you sure there is not more product? I can only see the white part of the serum in my Vit C serum bottle. Let us know what happens.

Yes the bottle is blue and it's only half full. I'll call them and let you know what happens.

I just called and talked to Rebecca and she told me to send the bottle back and they'll send another. That means a trip to the post office etc, I'm not happy, I was hoping they would just send a replacement,

It should be full. Sorry you are unhappy with Rebecca. If you kept the 1oz of product and got a new full bottle that's a bonanza isn't it? You paid for 2 oz and that's what you should get. When you return it I would ask them to pay for your shipping charges. I think you'll find it's worth the hassle to use this great product.

I think Rebeca (or multi Rebeca's) needs a vacation. Things are a bit weird lately. Like the sample machine breaking and not getting back to us as quickly as usual. I figure that one person can not be answering all of the emails from the US and overseas. There has to be several people all using Rebeca as their name. Just a thought.

I am in a not happy with big business's type mood so I would call them and ask for a postage paid label to be sent to me or emailed since it is their fault.
Also, is QVC acting up for anyone tonight? I keep getting error messages.

Rebecca seemed to be very busy. felt like she wanted to get off the phone as quick as she could.
I would have been ok if she would have offered to send a prepaid label, I did tell her I didn't think I should have to pay postage and she didn't comment.
Haven't decided yet if I"ll return the serum, cant remember how much it was but by the time I pay postage and get a padded envelope it isn't hardly worth the trouble. I still have one oz of product to use.

I think you were all talking about rescues on another thread. I work with the ferret rescue and club and I have six rescue ferrets, one is recovering from surgery for a broken leg, animal control had him, don't know how long his little leg was broken before we got him.
I also have two very elderly yorkies and three cats. I have one daughter that works with feral cats and we're all animal lovers and help as much as we can.

They may have been deluged by members of this board! :-) Look how many people are getting products from them now, and not too long ago when an ASDM thread was started, it sank like a stone. I think biz has picked up!

I personally wouldn't let it go at that. I'd either call or spam their email until someone told me that they'd take care of postage or at least give you a credit back to cover it. Then, I'd send it back. I think Rebeca is in need of some help. Hopefully, they'll get someone else to help with her responsibilities because it sounds like she's overworked.
My son had a ferret. They are really sweet pets. We have a Chihuahua mix we adopted from a local shelter, a cat that we took in when we found her abandoned and two turtles![]()
