Non-Invasive Body Slimming???

I read about a new treatment that is offered at a spa close to my house. It's called "non-invasive body slimming" or "thermage." Promises to be a "painless fat removal treatment." Have any of you tried it? Is it just a scam? The before and after pictures look pretty dang good! Smiley Happy
