I placed an order on January 21, 2011- and have not received it or heard from them other than the usual invoice sent to me the day I placed the order. I have emailed them three(3) emails to please contact me about the order and I get nothing back. Now I am concerned enough to cancel my order through my credit card company. What do you think I should do? I have ordered in the past over the years and never had a problem. Could their customer service be THAT bad?
