All of the reps at my local Ulta use dark black eyebrow stencils, even the ones with lighter hairstyles.  It is a stark contrast and not an attractive look IMO.  Around here it's popular with teens and twenties, but I've seen very few people in the workplaces wear it except for those in cosmetic sales.
