I recently purchased Joan Rivers cover up for the scalp and it works wonders. Love it and so glad I purchased it. It will work on hair too but not sure its what you want.

What I was looking for is something that will cover about an inch of growth ({#emotions_dlg.blushing}) between salon appointments without looking fake. I like Joan's cover up for the scalp and for a wee bit of growth, but it doesn't work very well on 1/2 inch or more....

Fanci ful has a color mousse that is pretty nice for blending. I also like this hair marker product that I found at Ulta and Sally's. It is a liquid with a little applicator sponge and then a little comb to work it through your hair. I save the applicator bottle when it is gone and use Fanci Ful liquid to put on pieces of hair where the color didn't take on my roots.

The Rita Hazan spray goes where you direct it. If you hold it closer to the area, it focuses on a smaller area... hold it out farther and you get a wider range of coverage. HTH!

Oscar blonde powder. Comes with a brush and it was 1/2 price at Ulta ($14). I have also started using a small brush to put a bit on my gray eyebrow hairs--1 step and done.

I second the Rita Hazan spray. I get major gray roots and I can do a few quick sprays and be good to go.

I use something similar to Rita Hazan that I get at BB&B. It works just as well and is alot cheaper. Walgreens also has a similar spray root cover up that I also use if I cannot get to BB&B. Both are around 10.00. I used Rita Hazan and it was kind of high and there wasn't much in the can.

The best product for this that I've found is over on HSN and called TRUHAIR by Chelsea Scott. So easy and quick to use and refills available. Works GREAT!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

I like this one too, and I've also tried Joan Rivers, Rita Hazan and others. My hair is auburn and it's really hard to get a good color match from most of these products -- the Truhair is the best match I've found.

I just had my hair colored this weekend and my hair stylist recommended: Style Edit/Root Concealer from Amazon. It costs 12.37

Washes out whenever you shampoo. It has good ratings as well...I just checked

I have both the Wow and the Rita Hazan. I like the Rita Hazan better. As an added bonus the Rita Hazan makes my hair thicker where I spray it. Also, even though it says it washes out it stays on my hair through at least one wash.

I too have both and prefer the WOW product, seemingly more natural.
