Looking For Recommendations Re Temporary Cover up of Grey Roots

I don't like to cover my grey hair at home as I much prefer a salon look. However, my hair grows so fast and it is expensive to have the grey covered every 4-6 weeks. I am looking for a product that nicely, but temporarily, covers grey roots so that I can extend the time between visits. I can use WOW (offered on the Q), but that is only good for roots that are barely showing....

For many years, I have been using Roux Tween Time Temp. Hair Color Stick, just wet the tip and apply. Get it at Sally's, ebay or amazon. One stick lasts me for years.

Thanks. I had not heard of this. Does it flatten down the hair?

What brush do you use with this? The one that comes with is great for the part but after 6 weeks, I need something bigger, I think?

Yes, I use the brush that came with the kit. I primarily use the product on the top and sides of my hair, just sectioning off pieces all around. For me, the brush works fine. It's so easy, and my hair doesn't feel dirty.

I use the Rita Hazen root spray. Not cheap but it works and easy to use.

I use the blonde shade of Bumble and Bumble dry shampoo. Warning: the blonde shade is really a brown color.
