@River Song Thanks so much for the detailed reply.  I've been wondering about the time involved in using this because I KNOW I will not be that dedicated to using it an hour a day.  Ugh!!!!  I'm beginning to get sagging along the jaw line and I was really hoping this would help but it doesn't appear that it does.

Thanks again for your insight.

It caused age spots?  Hmmm, never heard of that.  Sorry!

@metejt365 Yes!  Weird. There were others that had the same issues when the reviews were on QVC.

As a side note, as far as the time issue. They make these same type lights that are big enough to stick your whole face in. That way, whole face at once. Not sure what they are called but I came across it in researching Light Stim on some of the dermatology sites.

@Reba055  I think I've seen the ones that cover your entire face.  But they looked very big and bulky that would need their own space!!!  I wonder why they would cause age spots.  Did you ever call the company and report that?  That's not a good side effect for something that is supposed to be anti-aging.

@metejt365 I didn't contact the company because I'm pretty sure any type of light, UV, UVA, infrared, etc, can cause melasma.
