I have a couple of her products that I like. However, yesterday afternoon I had to turn her off because she seemed so hyper. My guess is that they're all forced into the "hard sell" (which I why I'm concerned for Lisa Mason's return), and I feel that poor Jamie is afraid she'll be "chastised" if she goes too slowly.

All of these regular vendors could stand to freshen up their sales pitches….the Vionic leg drawings, the Argon story, the Ryka story, Jamie's redness, the oodles of suds (after copious amounts of Philosophy are poured into the bowl), etc., etc., etc. But I realize that it's not going to change, so I'm accepting the fact that I've watched too much. So off to other channels.

Jamie seems sweet but I just want to say this about her Celebration Foundation. I got it because of her demo with her extreme redness on her cheek and I'm very happy with it, however, the redness on my one cheek is a much smaller area and nowhere near as intense as hers and there is NO WAY it covers mine with one swishy swipe through it with the brush as she does on air. I have convinced myself she uses her own personal compact with something in there besides just the Celebration Foundation, something with heavier coverage. Just once I'd like to see her open a fresh one out of the box and do the demo. I could be 100% wrong but that's the way I see it after having watched her do that demo many times over thinking maybe I'm doing something wrong, but nope, I do it just like she does, but then I have to take the edge of the brush or my fingertip and go back into the foundation and do some dabbing on my red area and it still shows through a bit till I put on some rosy blush and then my redness for the most part isn't noticeable.

i do think she is sincere and passionate just hard to listen to at that speed and the ums..I hope what shaggygirl suggests is not true, I would be so disappointed. I often wonder how her skin stands up all day especially demonstrating a product all day?

John Wayne use to say "Talk low, talk slow and don't say too much" (I think that would include ummmmmm).

I Love the It products...they are wonderful.....Jamie is very good at applying the make up etc..and seems to be a sweet person, however I wish she would wear a different wardrobe....those dresses are a bit snug, in my opinion... she is a beautiful woman and needs a new style to compliment her body......

I completely agree. I would only occasionally get a very light bit of redness by my nose at the time I tried this foundation and no way did it cover up that so I was always questioning her demo where it covers her severe redness. Unless she is packing it on but if I put more than a little on, it looked wayyyy powdery so perhaps they just don't really show her up too close or we'd see it is really powdery on her too?

I personally did not care for her products regardless, I feel some vendors should have a stand presenter. A person more professional. I have said before, where are the stylists ?? Such a sweet girl. But ....

I love her humility and sincerity most of all. I also think she's beautiful, her make-up looks great, and her products are top-notch. I also like her feminine dresses, and think they look good on her! All the presenters have their typical presentation down. They can't come up with a new script each time. LOL

I think that Jamie does a great job. She is very professional, seems sincere and very down to earth. Her products are great, although like I said on another thread I wish she would come out with more foundation color choices, but other than that her products are great, prices fairly reasonably, and she does a great job with her descriptions.......I would love to see her with her hair out of the bun just to see how different she would look, but I understand she thinks its more professional the way she wears it....I think she has a beautiful face!

The above photo is of Jamie when she was a contestant on the reality show Big Brother in 2000.
