Re: How's everyone doing with their "iT Cosmetics" TSV?...........

I am surprised at how much I love the colors. The foundation looks great and I like the contour. Really liking this one.

If my dog doesn't like you, neither do I.

I tried the blush and the concealer as  I got  it this afternoon and had makeup on and  I liked those . I will try in the am with fresh face and see.  I am a IT fan on many of her items. Hoping for the best Smiley Happy

I'm loving it!  The foundation is so creamy with great coverage.  The brush is wonderful, the blush is nicely pigmented.  The contour/bronzer doesn't have much color payoff, in my opinion.  I have to use several swipes to be able to see it.

I don't "get" the one pore minimizer powder - don't understand how it could work over a foundation, but I swipe it on anyway!

I'm 52, so I don't usually use shiny highlighters, but I played with this one and it's very nice!

Overall, I'm pleased!   Oh, even though I consider myself on the pale side, I ordered the medium, based on comments that the colors ran light, and I'm glad I did - it's a perfect color for me!

I got mine yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised, I ordered Light, and based on what everyone had commented I figured I'd have to exchange it for Medium, but Light was perfect! And I'm light with pink undertones and this was not yellow on me either. I'm new to IT cosmetics and I'm really happy with the application and how it looks on my skin. It doesn't settle into fine lines and the coverage is good though I would call this more of a medium coverage, not full. I like the brush but it is on the small side, I wish it was bigger!

I think the BBUE is a shade too dark, so im not crazy about that. It's Medium. Why put Medium in a Light kit? I'm considering calling Customer Service and asking them about it and see if they will let me exchange it for Light. Other than that, I liked the BBUE and used the tiniest amount and got a good result with the exception of it being just too dark.

I like the blush, the color is beautiful! The bronzer, meh. I have a better bronzer in Sephora brand. The highlighting cream is OK. It doesnt work for highlighting contour work. Works better applied to brow bone and just above blush. I'm not sure how I feel about the finishing powder. I wanted to love it, but I dont. I don't really dislike it, I just expected more from it. It doesn't compare to Mineral Veil, so I wouldn't buy it on its own.

It was fun to try out the kit, but I won't be changing it to Auto Ship to lock in the price since the only items I really like are the Celebration Foundation and the Blush. The BBUE in Medium for a Light kit is just strange, and for that reason, it's not worth reordering for me.

I'm still working on it.  I think it looks a little dry on me, but otherwise, pretty.  Coverage is very light, IMO.  I just don't see how the models get the results they do!  That said, I really don't need a lot of coverage, so that doesn't bother me.  I'm pretty pale, but got the light.  It's okay.

So far, I've used this over my Isomers BB cream (which is colorless).  The makeup has stayed on pretty well throughout the day, and I'm pleased with that.

The blush is okay.  I can't seem to get the bronzer out and onto my face!  I wish it had come with another couple brushes to apply these products too.  (Yes, I'm being greedy!)   I'm also not wowed by the highlighter, but will play with it more.  I agree with the poster who commented on the BBUE.... they should put the light in with the light kit!   I might contact customer service as well.

My quad padk has a chemical smell.  I'd be interested to know if anyone else has noticed this.  And, I'm not happy it's made in China.   The foundation is made in the US.... In my opinion, the whole kit should be.

Re: How's everyone doing with their "iT Cosmetics" TSV?...........

Does anyones bronzer have a film over it?  The bronzer in my palette has a weird waxy type film over it.  I took a tissue and rubbed it but it didn't do anything to take away the waxy film.  The bronzer doesn't come off on the brush either so it's basically not usable.  Wondering if this is a common issue with this kit or am I just lucky Smiley Sad

I like the palette a lot but I think I will be returning because of the bronzer issue.

I've read a few times from people that their IT pressed products have come with a film over them, but as an owner of the Vitality Face Disc (bronzer, highlighter, blush), and (now formerly, sadly) huge wearer of Celebration Foundation, the CC+ Airbrush Perfecting Powder, and pressed blushes, I can honestly say I've never had a film on any of my pressed IT products, and I used their makeup exclusively!

However, from what I've read, they say it's easily scraped off, without wasting much product. Rubbing might not get it off, but try lightly scraping off the top layer. I would encourage you to keep it and give it a try. IT's products are some of the best, in my opinion.

I have that too and I think it's a film of oil. I have dry skin so I put lots of moisturizer before my makeup and I think my brush picks up the oil and deposits it on the bronzer. I just scrape it do it works fine.
