THERE ARE NO WORDS.  IT IS A DISASTER.   THE FORUMS WERE THE MAIN REASON I STILL DEAL WITH QVC. APPARENTLY IT'S TIME TO END THE RELATIONSHP UNLES THIS CHANGES.

Taking away the sub-topics makes the forum unusable.

I understand changes are hard but changes should show improvement. I don't see that.
Change my "Super Contributor" notation to "Mad Contributor".

Just look in the 'Garden' forum....the spammer that caused all the trouble several weeks ago has posts...it's the post about the Knockout roses and the post about Roberta's Hibiscus....I am sure that there are more, but I quit looking at posts there. All I see are old ones from April.

WHAT A BIG FAT MESS!!!!  Threads are mixed up.  Some of the old sub-forums are now their own forum while other sub-forums have been eliminated.  It's hard to find what you're looking for.  If you click on your own name, the total post counts are inaccurate (they're calling me a "super contributor", but the tally they're showing has been cut by more than half of what I had before.  There are old threads that could have been deleted that are still showing up.

I did get some help in quoting. 

You need to click on reply in the post you wish to quote.

Then above the text box, there is the word QUOTE in black dark letters.

Click on QUOTE and the post that you are trying to quote will appear, and you can comment below it.

Truly awful interface. The fact that they removed sub-forums makes it impossible to avoid the gazillion nonstop (often mean and angry) posts from users of Wen products. So not interestsed in scrolling through posts of interest in between all the Wen-related posts.    Such a shame.  Big fail, QVC.

I'm not sure. Just got on. Wanted to post and see what happens. Sure is different. Have to play around a little bit, but can't do that til later. I see that some have posted their smiles. Where are the smileys and other things? I'm on my iPad.
