Rodan and Fields has some clinically proven products that would clear up these symptoms better than the prescription strength products that are sold. I am a consultant, but am not a pushy one
I actually enjoy helping people take care of their skincare concerns. I have several clients that have tried everything, prescription and over the counter, for their sensitive skin issues and have finally found relief with the Soothe Regimen.
Severe Eczema (for kids as young as 6 months), Rosacea, Psoriasis, Sensitive Skin, Sun Damage, Acne, Anti-Aging. There are 4 regimens that take on all our skincare concerns. This is going to sound so sales pitchy, but we offer a 60 day, empty bottle, guarantee so you can try it and if it's not working you can return it no questions asked. Our return rate is less than 1% though.
I'm happy to talk with anyone interested in hearing more info. You can email me at jds537@hotmail.com Promise I'm not going to push anything on you
I don't like it when people do that to me. I really believe in these products though. Dr. Rodan and Dr. Fields were the Derms that made ProActiv Solution. Their reputation is world renown. It's a very credible company.
I can email you some before and after pictures of some of my customers so you an have a visual

Creepy and inappropriate sales pitch.

I agree. Often bacteria get into little skin cracks and fissures and cause inflammation and pain. Massaging Neosporin into your hands several times a day will help get this under control. Then use a good healing, moisturing lotion several times a day. Cut back on excessive hand-washing, using harsh cleaning products without gloves, etc. Hope those hands are soft and smooth very soon!

Aquaphor, for sure. Medical/dental professionals who are constantly washing their hands use it religiously. I know.

My suggestion is Carmex. I use the one in the small jar from the drugstore. At bedtime smear Carmex all over your hands and either wear special gloves to cover or white, cotton socks. Carmex really works. My lips were chapped due to medication and I placed the Carmex on them at bedtime and they were healed in the morning. It may take a couple of treatments for you, depending on how badly chapped you are. Good luck. Carmex is the best.

My son has eczema and we use Cortizone 10 Intensive Healing Formula when our skin gets that bad.
