Has anyone been using a jade or rose quartz facial roller and had good results? I saw the quartz one today that is $45 but you can get jade ones for alot less online.

The only difference is that jade gets and stays colder than quartz. It's your preference -- do you want a colder massage.
They don't do anything miraculous. It's, simply, a gentle massage that feels good.
Don't skimp. Cheap ones can be dangerous. The metal that holds the roller can break on cheaper ones. That's dangerous when you're rolling near your eyes. Go to Sephora or White Lotus.

I use a freezer-gel-filled stainless steel roller after I use my microneedle device. The steel roller stays very cold for several minutes and it helps knock down redness caused by needling. Sometimes I use it on my eyes to reduce puffiness.

You might also like Gua Sha. Just a different way of massaging. People seem to have definite preferences between the two. I think both are fun, but, I prefer the roller.
Jade stays cold for several minutes (plenty of time for a good massage). It doesn't have to be refrigerated unless it's very hot in your place. I prefer the feel of jade (colder) and the look of quartz (pink☺)

I say no to the gadgets. You would be better off doing facial exercises.

@CherryHugs I have yet to figure out the purpose of these jade or quartz gadgets for the face. I can’t see how they’ll benefit the skin, pores, penetration of products, etc.

Your lymph nodes are on the sides of your neck by the hinge of your jaw, under your ears. You can use a roller to massage puffiness gradually back and down to those lymph nodes to circulate it away from your face. A roller helps reduce massage friction on a dry face, so you are less likely to pull at your skin.
I just use my fingers to do the same lymphatic drainage massage method when I wash my face, using the cleanser to create slip and reduce friction. Regardless of whether you use a tool or not, this type of massage is a good practice that can keep your jaw and chinline more refined and your eye area less puffy. And it increases the blood circulation gently. All good things.

I'm a huge believer in facial massage. Most days, I commit to extra 30 seconds while cleansing my face in the shower, which helps a bit with lymphatic drainage. I also keep my BeautyBio Rose Quartz roller in the fridge and use it after a morning serum. While I am sure Madonna's foray into beauty won't get much love on, the MDNA Skin Beauty Roller is incredible. After owning a $250 ReFa for 2 years, I stopped using it completely and use the MDNA almost daily.

I personally believe the amount of pressure and movement I use to thoroughly cleanse, moisturize, apply my other products twice a day, is more than enough facial manipulation.

I got the Nurse Jamie roller some time ago. There may be naysayers, but when I wake up with puffy eyes some rolling makes a serious difference.
