WEN and QVC have got to be able to come up with a better way of packaging and distributing their product.

I typically order 2 16oz bottles at a time and they arrive at my house in a box the size of a microwave oven, with a ridiculous amount of bubble-wrap. I placed my last orders through my mobil app and because I ordered 2 bottles of 2 different products, I received 2 microwave sized boxes.

While I appreciate the effort of protecting the plastic bottle so it arrives intact, I really think the way WEN and QVC package the product is really excessive. In an age of environmentalism, where most companies are trying to reduce waste, QVC and WEN have really missed the boat.

It's very hit or miss for me. When I order one item, the packaging is usually fine and the box is appropriately sized for the product. The TSV sets are always well packaged. If I get two items that are sold as a set, the packaging fits well. If I order two things that aren't sold as a set, it anyone's guess. Yesterday I also got the microwave sized-box with two much smaller boxes inside: Remoist and a lotion.

Take a picture and send a letter to QVC and post it on their Facebook page and note the excessive packaging. That's what I did when Nordstrom sent me two bottles of nail polish in two separate shipments, each one a large boot box with the tiny bottle of nail polish inside. I complained to the company and posted the pictures on their Facebook page.

How else is the Q going to justify those shipping prices?

This post stuck out to me because I just unpacked four TSV's and multiple single purchases. I reuse the smaller bubble wrap to pack my seasonal Knicks knacks and so forth including the bubble wrap bags. The larger ones I'm afraid to say go right to recycling because they stake up too much room to store for future use. Also, receiving a Wen booklet in every order is too much, I always have one or two on hand but all the others go to recycling, When you order as much as I do and a lot of others here it is a big waste.

I doubt that Wen has anything to do with the shipping packages.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

I really wish we could buy refills for the bottles we have from previous shipments, at a cheaper price since we wouldn't need more bottles or pumps, just reuse what we have.

I do think that WEN's manufacturer's package the items in the small boxes with the yards of bubblewrap and the booklet. Then QVC pick those smaller boxes into the way too big box for shipment to customers.

They both can do better.

Why should I have to re-post something on Facebook. If QVC and WEN aren't reviewing this forum for Customer feedback, why would they take Facebook anymore seriously.

Wow. Guess it's not that important to you after all.

I ordered directly from the Wen site and the packaging was just right, I think everything was recyclable and there was no bubble wrap and no big box, it was all fit nicely and safely into one small box. The excessive packaging is all QVC. I hate it too!
