This is the second time this has happened to me when an item was "free shipping." The last product I ordered left S.C. and went to Ca and back to IL. I live in IL. It does not make sense to ship from the southeast, go west and come back to the Midwest. It is still confusing to me. I waited close to 3 weeks to receive my purchase (it was not a beauty item). I wish someone could explain this to me.

I purchased the IT TSV a few days ago. I received it today. The other IT item I ordered on the same day is still sitting at QVC or wherever they ship it from. It is marked as shipped but when I go to track the package (for the past 2 days) there is no info. I am assuming that a label may have been created but obviously the package has not arrived to the shipping area.

Apparently they had the TSV ready to go out but the other items are on the slow road out.

Considering that QVC customers pay some of the highest S&H charges in the online market you would think Q would at least give better service.

This is the first TSV of any sort that I have purchased from QVC in several years and it is nice enough but I was really looking forward to having the other item to use with it. Too bad it will probably not arrive until the end of next week.

In my experience, my orders would typically have the option for me to cancel or edit it for about 2 days. After the 2 days, I do not see the option anymore and it says 'in process'. After another 2 days, it will have a shipment tracking number available. Depending on the amount of the entire order and depending on the warehouse/vendor it is coming from, it can arrive in 2-5 days. So I really cannot complain about this issue based on my experience.

It took 3 days for my Cream Liner to ship and it still says that it is in Maryland. Haha! I live in Pgh and received it today.

I signed up for the option with UPS several weeks ago, and I have been very satisfied with the notification of shipment, and delivery process updates that I know receive from them.

No, I don't believe so. My packages from other places have this happen, too. One from Ulta had a label generated days before it was picked up. That's a part of the warehouse packaging and shipping process and has been for a long time - the difference is that now we have tracking systems that let us see it. I like being able to track my packages, but sometimes I think people were happier when stuff just showed up when it showed up. Tracking packed every minute seems to make some people really frustrated.

I just ordered the WEN TSV. It was promised for Thursday next week. I expect it to be here Wednesday or Thursday afternoon. That's been my QVC experience this winter.

I have had this scenario on other sites as well not just QVC.

For me, QVC is the absolute worst offender of this.

I jsut bought 2 t shirts from cartoon network's website and they were the WORST! It took a week to get out of process (even though their site said 2-4 days) - and then the 'shipped' email notification was received 2 days after it had been shipped! Total timeframe was just under 2 weeks - they didn't respond to emails either. Awful cs- my first and last time with them!
