Well, we had a nice discussion about the Spring box here, which was disappointing for many of us. I know that several posters called, emailed, etc, and as far as I know there was no response.
Today I got an email telling me that my box has shipped. Did anyone else get this? I already got my Spring box, so what is this one? Is this a replacement box? A mistake?
Just wondering if anyone else got the same email. Walmart's CS is certainly strange. :-/

Got the same email and I don't see a way to check in my account if they are actually sending out another. Confused too!

Same here. And I had also cancelled my subscription last week. I e-mailed back but I'm going to call tomorrow. I'm kind of worried. What if they just start charging $5 here and there willy nilly?
This is not good.

Thanks, Beauty Addiction. Thought it was probably an error, but it's different coding than my first box. We shall see.

My account looks the same as it has for awhile. I guess I'll keep my eye on the tracking info to see what happens with that.
My first thought was that they had seen the error of their ways and were sending replacement boxes to those of us who had inferior boxes. Ha! My second thought was that it was a mistake, which seems far more likely.
Just further proof that they are disorganized and not a company I want to do business with. If another charge shows up, I'm going to notify my bank and stop automatic payments.

I believe this happened with the last box (or maybe it was the first one). They sent the emails out but no one who wasn't supposed to get a box, was charged for or received the box. I got the email last time, haven't checked my email today though, but I was only charged for one and received one.

I agree. Not good.
I've never run into anything like this before, and I'm sorry I ever signed up in the first place. The one good box I received certainly wasn't worth all the aggravation since then.
