It's interesting to hear the different methods we are taught. One poster said she was taught to use the middle finger. I was always taught to use the ring finger, because it would give a lighter touch.

neither really it's kind of a sweeping / wiping motion up and out, making sure I haven't missed a single spot. And while I'm doing it I'm wondering how much of it Is actually being absorbed?
