I use Laura Geller's baked vanilla.  I put it under my eyes along the lash line - keeps my liner in place and on my lids - I feel it adds an overall brightness.

I use Skinn primer.

Yes, I use the NARS primer. I'll skip a face primer many days, but not the eye primer. It makes a huge difference in the look and wear of my shadows.

I've used Urban Decay Primer Potion for years...good stuff! I tried Laura Geller's Eye Spackle, but it didn't work for me...though I love the face Spackle.

Since I got Laura Geller's Delectables Pallettes, I find I don't need primer as much. They stay on pretty well without it, especially if I'm only doing one color. If I do a crease color, the primer keeps the two shadows from running together.

I don't use a dedictated eye primer but do use bisque as a primer. It works very well. I use it over that dark purple- blue area in the corner of my eye near my nose. Actually I use BE's Well Rested there too.

I use Tarte Amazonian Clay Concealer on the eyelids, which are oily, since otherwise eyeshadow would never stay put.

I use a variety of primers -- Urban Decay (both Original and Sin), Laura Geller (which came with an eyeshadow palette I purchased recently -- I really like it), Bare Minerals (both Prime Time for Eyes and the 5-in-1 cream shadows), and Smashbox. I'll set itwith a bit of Mineral Veil or a light shadow -- with the UD esoecially, if you don't out on a light layer before you apply your shadows, the shadows stick too well and refuse to blend.

@ECBG. Wow! Under eye, too? Tell me about that? I need all the help I can get around my eyes! The rest of my face is pretty good, few wrinkles! My eyes, however...lines, crow's feet, you name it! I finally got rid of the dark under eye circles!

Not very cost effective but works great for me and I've stuck with it.
