Maybe they figure that we like trying new things, but there are some things that I'd just like to be able to buy without having to look for something new.

@rnmom, I think we are in just a constant state of new. I no longer count or look for holy grails. They dont last long before they are “improved” or discontinued. Sad.

I work in the healthcare industry so I have to get that flu shot every year.  I used to decline, but now they make you wear a mask if you don't comply.

I wore a mask for 12 hours a day when I worked in a Silicon Valley cleanroom and I'm not going to do it again.

Vanilla caramel.  I want that everywhere.  In my shower gel, my fragrance, my tea cup, my desserts.  I prefer vanilla, caramel and toffee flavors over chocolate.

That's why Paris remains my favorite.

A fruity black tea with vanilla and caramel flavors, it contains a hint of lemony Bergamot.

Ingredients:
Black tea, oolong tea, black currant flavor, vanilla flavor, bergamot oil, caramel flavor.

I ordered Vieux Paris just to see if there was any difference between "old" Paris and "new" Paris.

@just bee, that’s interesting about Paris.  I like it, but I really don’t pick up those flavors. But, you know, I have a couple bags of the toffee chips. I might just start putting some in my tea.  I love toffee anything as well.

The caramel is subtle but there are times when I do notice it.  I think the sachets have more flavor than the bags.  I'm testing that theory this week.

I'm out of Hot Cinnamom Spice sachets and the bags are... not as good.

I'm out of Paris bags and am using the last of my sachets.  Still deciding.

I'm so annoyed!  I made a blood donation appointment for Saturday and if this is a cold I'll have to reschedule.  Grrrrrr!!!!

I can't take any chances with "bad" blood so I'm going to assume this is a cold.  I just canceled my donation appointment.  Rescheduled for the 29th.  Can't believe how easy that was!

I tend to agonize over every appointment but now that I know I can reschedule in an instant, I can relax a little.

And now that I've scheduled an appointment, maybe they can stop calling me every 15 minutes.

Burt's Bees is selling kids' clothes.  They have a whole baby line.  I was perusing Target's website to see if they carry the blush and shadow I've been looking at and I started looking at the new baby clothes.

They're so cute!  Not too fussy, either.

I'll have to keep them in mind in case I stumble across a pregnant coworker.

Ladies, I just wanted to thank you for your kind words, concern and encouragement about my DH.  He's home from the hospital and recuperating.  We are both relieved it was a mild case of pneumonia.  He feels fine, just very tired.

I did some decluttering this afternoon. God rid of  assorted bottles of partially used up lotions/potions that were stuck in a closet that I completely forgot about.  I figured if I hadn't missed these magic potions for months it was time to throw them out.  No point in keeping them 'just in case' I might need them.

I also decluttered my email of old emails...does that count, lol?  I have a Kindle and I thought that when I deleted an email on the Kindle, it was gone.  Nope.  They are still there when I look at my email on the computer.  Took hours to clean up the mess and get rid of the old emails.  Blech, boring and tedious.

What wonderful news!  You both need some rest so take some time off to relax.  Decluttering can wait.
