Tricolor1- i will be 58 in November and I agree with you. Nude lips make me look like death. I love color, especially red, but I don't care for anything too dark or too bright. Some peope look fabulous in nude lips, but I'm not one of them.

I find trendy colors end up in the back of my make-up drawer.......I usually pick the ones I like to wear......
