Okay, I have to ask, what is it about this bag that makes it so special?
Is it made from some sort of rare material, or made by an uber designer, or something?

I think that the beauty gift tote bags themselves are quite nice and are really cute.
The beauty products that come in the gift tote bags are are what I personally think have been the incentiive for wanting to receive the beauty bags.
They have a retail value of over $230 worth of beauty products, in each bag from either channel.
They contain both full-sized beauty products, and sample-sized products from beauty vendors from either HSN or QVC, depending on which shopping channel you shopped from.
If you purchased a qualifying Item from HSN's Beauty with Benefit's beauty selection, then you were supposed to receive a beauty bag with products in it, while supplies were available.
The same with QVC. If you purchased a qualifying item from QVC's Beauty with Benefit's beauty selection, then you were suppose to receive a beauty bag with products in it, while supplies were available.
The comments that you're seeing here on the forum is that some people did purchase a qualifying beauty item during the promotional time frame for the beauty benefit, only to not receive a beauty bag with their purchase--either shipped in with their purchase at the same exact time, or not even shipped separately at another time.

I've been contacting customer service on the CHAT line weekly for the past 4 weeks regarding the Beauty Bag. Each time, with the exception of today, I've been vaguely assured that I would eventually receive it and that I should check my order status as I would find it there when it shipped. Today, however, I was told that there were no more bags, that they had been "first come, first served", and I would not be receiving one. As I place my order ON THE FIRST DAY that the products were available, I find that to be ridiculous. I know that the money from the purchase itself went to a good cause but I am still extremely disappointed and angry that they screwed up. I wasn't even offered a $10 credit. I have enjoyed making purchases from QVC over the years but they honestly don't carry anything that I really HAVE to own. It's probably time to cut the cord.

I placed my first order for the BWB on May 20, and was told this week that sorry we ran out, I am not even sure they every had the bonus
